Mr. Men Little Miss 55th Anniversary Takeover

It’s Mr. Men Little Miss 55th anniversary, and you’re invited to join the celebrations at Battersea Power Station!

From 3rd – 30th August, visitors can enjoy a free interactive birthday-themed character trail throughout the Power Station. Pick up a trail map, discover the hidden characters, and unlock free downloadable gifts along the way. The month-long celebration also includes interactive arts and crafts sessions with special character appearances of Mr. Tickle, and exciting in-store activations.

Delivered in partnership with Sanrio, this special takeover  celebrates the first book in the series, Mr. Tickle, first published on 10th August 1971.

Mr. Tickle’s Birthday Treasure Trail maps will be available to collect from the Guest Services desks inside the Power Station.

Mr. Tickle’s Birthday Treasure Trail at Battersea Power Station

Take part in Mr. Tickle's Birthday Treasure Trail inside the Power Station from 3rd August until 30th August, and search for seven colourful Mr. Men Little Miss characters hidden throughout the landmark. Tick off each character as you find them, then head to the Waterstones Battersea Power Station store to collect your special gift.

Mr. Men Little Miss Inspired Arts & Craft Workshops

From 8th – 10th August, the fun continues with ticketed family-friendly Mr. Men Little Miss inspired arts and crafts sessions, including make your own creative bag charms, wooden characters and door plaques, and enjoy interactive storytelling sessions. SEND-friendly morning sessions will also offer a relaxed and inclusive setting. Plus, everyone’s favourite Mr. Tickle will make special guest appearances during the sessions on 8th and 9th August.

Moleskine Colouring In Bookmark Creative Workshops

Calling all mini creatives! Join Moleskine for free Mr. Men Little Miss bookmark colouring sessions on Friday 7th August and Monday 10th August, from 12pm–5pm. These drop-in sessions are perfect for families, with all materials provided. Sessions are walk-in only and subject to availability.

Waterstones Colouring In Sheets & Storytelling Sunday Sessions

Waterstones will be offering free arts and crafts colouring sheets for families to enjoy in store throughout August. Plus, their popular Sunday Storytime sessions at 11:30am will be dedicated to Mr. Men Little Miss books on 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th August.

The Cinema in The Power Station Special Screenings

Lights, camera, action! The Cinema in The Power Station will be screening special family-friendly morning showings of classic Mr. Men Little Miss episodes every Tuesday to Saturday throughout August, with tickets priced at £3.
